A Workout to Build Core Strength

Our fast-paced circuit classes not only build your strength but also increase fitness. You will move quickly between different exercises that last anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. This is great for keeping the heart rate up.

What Circuit Training does for you?

Because you are doing aerobics and strength training exercises together this increases the number of calories you burn.

What if I am new to Circuit Training?

We welcome all members to attend - if you are new often you can start with lower weight and build yourself up.
