High-Intensity Interval Training

Our High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) Classes are fantastic if you want to work all your muscles at once. Each movement last for no longer than one minute and changes with intervals.

What are the Benefits of H.I.I.T Classes?

Not only do you build muscle, but the interval training is fantastic for a cardio workout. Your speed, endurance and power will increase as well as your overall body toning.

What if I am new to H.I.I.T?

No matter what fitness level you are at our classes are good for all as weights can be adjusted to suit.

How long do H.I.I.T Classes go for?

The classes are usually 30 minutes long and involve several different exercises in 1 minute intervals.

How often should I do H.I.I.T?

For optimal results we recommend attending 4 -5 times per week.
