Our Yin Yoga classes follow a slower paced yoga style where postures are normally held anywhere from 45 seconds to 2 minutes. The primary focus is on stretching the lower body.

What does Yin Yoga do for me?

Yin Yoga increases circulation in the joints increasing flexibility. The poses help to stretch the joints.

What if I am new to Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is considered to be an entry level yoga so we welcome all newcomers.

How often should I do Yoga?

Once or Twice a week is a good for beginners, and up to 4 times is good for the advanced.
